Dear Students,

I met many students and tried to find out the problems which a student
faces even after getting training for a practical subject. Some of the
problems are as following:

1. Most of the training institute does not work on all dimensions of
a subject, due to which students don’t feel confident about the subject
even after completing the course.

2. Students feel lack of practical knowledge of the subject.

3. Students do not perform well in examination as they should, because
previous years question papers are not covered in the syllabus.

4. Students do not feel confident for giving viva , job interview etc.

So after identifying these problems we decided to give training in a manner
which could cover all the dimensions of a subject so that students could
perform well in every area where the subject knowledge needed.

So now I want to tell you what is our way to prepare a student for the
subject enrolled in-

1. We prepared a syllabus for the subject after analyzing the
syllabus of some reputed training institutes and universities as well, so
that nothing should be left which a student should know about the subject.

2. We provide the syllabus and a topic wise lecture plan of the
subject so that students could get a clear picture what topics will be
covered and hours required.

3. We emphasize on practical knowledge and also provide theory notes
so that students could get better understanding of the subject.

4. We conduct test sessions time to time to check the subject
knowledge of the students.

5. We provide guidelines so that students could feel confident for
viva/interviews.

6. We also take previous years question papers into consideration so
that students could perform well in their examination.
