When I spent time thinking about the places I loved eating at often, the places I wanted to visit repeatedly, I realized there were some aspects common each of those times - some places spoke to the health-aware part of me, some places spoke to the design-dreamer in me, some places actually took me down that infamous memory lane, putting me right across my mom at the kitchen top.

This is what Rasiya defines for me - eating food the way I grew up eating it. You'll find "thepla and chundo" just about everywhere, even on trains. But what you probably won't find so often (unless you stalk a mother) is a thepla roll with a chundo spread! That is what defined our childhood habits.
Rasiya is also a place where you'll find healthy food, because that is what increases the pleasure of a sumptuous meal.
