About IDEA- Institute for Development Empowerment and Awareness in , Giridih

IDEA is registered as a non-profit organization in 2008 under Societies Registration Act. The organization has been working with the vision of equity with equality, based on values of peace, co-existence and self-reliance, devoid of inequalities and discriminations based on caste, creed, religion and sex; where individuals including the most vulnerable population have opportunities of life with dignity. It has been working for the empowerment of the lowest sections of the society (with special focus on women empowerment).
