When i started this institute "CAREER CAMPUS" there was not any institute for competitive coaching in giridih. Student had to migrate to bigger cities for coaching, The idea of CAREER CAMPUS was implemented to stop this brain-drain. Later many coaching institute burgeoned in giridih following the trend set by career campus.

Here, at Career Campus, the academic philosophy revolves around its students. Students came to career campus with a dream and career campus helps them to achieve it. The dedicated faculty and councellors guide them and help them realize their strength and weakness. and chart out a path accordingly to reach their objectives.

I believe that students succeed singularly because of their own effort. Career Campus only mentors its student and provide them with a learning environment to bring out the winner present in them. The input from Career Campus remain same for each and every student. Success depends on aspiration, fenacity and perseverance at the individual level
