Phoenix Pathfinders is a newly initiated social enterprise in the education sector that renders enhanced learning experience in vernacular languages across India. Founded by J Mahendra Jeferson, a graduate in Computer Science at NIT Trichy, we aim to abridge the gap between the apathetic students and educators – the crucial factor that has stagnated India’s literacy growth over the past decade. With smart savvy digital ICT solutions, the company targets to fulfill the educational needs of the ethnic minorities in their own language in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual and geographically diverse world. As a part of digital learning, Phoenix also provides the consumers vocational training, assistance in improving skill set which help in establishing a foundation to get placed in higher institutions and organizations to progress in occupation, studies or research opportunities.
