About Pixels Vision Studio

Pixels Vision Studio is the Animation studio which undertakes all type of work related to the feature film and animated film. This studio has become the first animation studio established in sindhudurg.

A small vision came into Mr. Amey’s mind that what if animation industries started to establish in konkan area? And with that vision, the journey began. That small vision started taking a shape and with the help of his father Mr. Vilas and other colleague and finally that vision became Pixels Vision Studio.

Intention of Pixels Vision Studio is to create a platform for those people who want to make their career in animation. Keeping that in mind we started to search such talent in Sindhudurga. But during this inspection we found that most of the people don’t have enough knowledge about animation but they want to learn it and to make career in animation.

This survey forced us to think in other way and that was why don’t we our self teach them and provide them jobs at the same time.
Then management took a decision that company will teach them by taking a small amount as a security reason and will provide them job as well.



How company works


There are certain criteria under which company decides who can be the part of this training and job. They are as follows.

Interested applicant will have to fill an application form for this job. This form has two parts of which one part has to fill in the presence of any member from management of company.

Applicant must have to submit the second part of application form within 3 working days.

Management will examine an application form and according to the company’s policy management will select the appropriate applicant.

Selected applicants will be called for the second round and that is a general interview. In that interview applicant’s interest towards the animation and how much he is passionate about animation will be tested.

And finally management will select only those applicants for the training and job who have clear both rounds.

Training fee will be 30,000/- Rs only for six months of period. If anybody wants to pay full amount of fee at a onetime then that fee will be 25,000/- Rs only.

An appointment letter will be given to all selected applicants and they will be working as a trainee for starting six months training period.

In the training period company’s work related training will be given to the applicant and after six months training applicant will started working as a salaried employee of the company.

Also if any person shows an interest to learn a complete knowledge about animation then company provides the benefit to learn everything about animation without taking any extra cost. This extra training will be driven as an external part of training which will be taken after completion of basic training of six months.

Applicant’s salary will start after completion of six months basic training and salary range will be in between 6000/- to 7000/- per month.


The basic goal of Pixels Vision Studio is to create a job opportunity in animation field in konkan area so that local people will get benefit of this opportunity in minimum expense compared to Mumbai or other Suburban areas.
Also we help those people who have ability and willpower to learn animation but they can’t afford this economically. For such cases each and every decision will be reserved to the management.
