About Ayurveda Family Club in Thengkkal p.o, Mlamala, Vandiperiyar

For several years we were waiting for the realization of our dreams of the present Ayurvedic centre, club connoisseurs of Ayurveda. It was created with great love and respect for the ancient tradition of Ayurveda, which is stored and passed on from generation to generation in a family of hereditary doctors of Ayurveda from Kerala, Shaju Kalarickal.

With us you can to regain your strength and health through Ayurveda food, treatments, yoga and meditation, and to reprogram your body using the powerful anti-aging system the full cleansing Panchakarma and further of restorative procedures.

Our club is located in the picturesque village of mountain of Kerala, Mlamala, 200 metres from the river Periyar, among tea plantations and fragrant spices, 3.5 hours from Cochin. Here nothing disturbs your peace, as the guest house only has 4 cozy and comfortable rooms.

All fruits and vegetables, we offer our guests, grown by caring hands spouses and parents of doctors, and the food is prepared the old-fashioned way on an open fire in special hearth.

In the evening you can meet for a tea, conversations in the living room, watching movies about the great legends of India, or simply to listen to the music. Stay in our club will fill you with fresh breath, grace and warmth of relationships.
