About LEAAD in , Vadodara

Foundation for Capability Building (FCB) was established in 2013 with an aim to design and offer capability building initiatives for various stakeholders from all strata of the society. Such capabilities include – skill development, employability capabilities and leadership capabilities.

After extensive research by team of psychologists and educationists, FCB designed one such capability building initiative called LEAAD – Leadership Enrichment for Adolescents through Assessment and Development. This initiative was designed to enhance capabilities of adolescents (i.e. 7th to 11th standard school students).
LEAAD IS AN INITIATIVE AIMED TO DISCOVER – DEVELOP – DEMONSTRATE LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES IN ADOLESCENTS.

LEAAD strongly focuses on sustenance through assessment and continuous development. Based on this operating philosophy, extensive pilot research for 3 years and taking lot of inputs from globally renowned Positive Youth Development Framework of Richard M. Lerner; LEAAD conceived the 4C - Character – Confidence – Collaboration – Competence framework to develop leadership capabilities amongst adolescents.
