Bhoolka Bhavan is working for the personality development of children in Baroda city since last 28 years. Bhoolka Bhavan was established on 14th November 1979, the day was children's day and the year was International Year of Child. In the year July 2002, Bhoolka Bhavan started a Toys Library in Pediatrics Dept. of S.S.G. Hospital ward No. 17. Poor & unprivileged children can have fun for Two hours & they can forget their pains during these two hours. It is the prime aim for opening of Toys Library. About 25 to 30 children's are taking advantage daily.
