About Shree Ayyappa Pooja Samithy - SAPS in Shree Ayyappa Temple Complex, Sane Guruji Nagar,Lalchakki, Ulhasnagar

Shree Ayyappa Pooja Samithy was founded two decades ago by few devotees for conducting the 3 days mandala Pooja, has now grown into an organization with perseverance of members of SAPS coupled with the staunch support of the devotees & well wishers, a temple complex was constructed in the year 1999.

The temple complex is constructed in a vast area of approximately 12000 sq. feet, located in Sane Guruji Nagar, Lalchakki Ulhasnagar, Thane, Maharashtra, India which is at a distance of seven minutes from Ulhasnagar railway station. The temple complex mainly consists of 5 Vigrahams (idols) of Lord Shree Ayyappa, Lord Shree Mahavishnu, Lord Shree Ganapathy, Lord Shree Dugra Devi & Lord Shree Nagaraja & Nagayakshi. The vigraham of Shree Ayyappa made of Panchaloha and have been acquired from Mannar Kerala a renowed place for panchaloha Vigrahams. The pratishta of the vigraham were done under the supervision & guidance of the revered Sabarimala Priest Bramashree Kantaru Mohanaru & his team with all its reverence, homh & gaiety. Each temple measure approximately 150 Sq. feet with the series of oil lamp enveloping the entire temple. When the lamps glow, it gives you a heavenly feeling.

The samithy has now expanded the temple complex with four more temples viz. Lord Shree Shiv Parvathy, Lord Shree Murugan, Lord Shree Hanuman & Lord Shree Navaraghas. The Vigrahams of these temples have been acquired Mannar – Kerala .The pratishta of these Vigrahams was again done by Sabarimala priest Bramashree Kantaru Mohanaru and his team with all its divinity.

The samithy has made all arrangements to facilitate the devotees for their offerings in the temple complex, special poojas, archanas, abhishekam & homams are being performed on account of Hindu festival days in a grand manner.
