Jeewan Apartments are very central located, at Chetak Circle area, in a walking distance to The Old City and Fateh Sagar, around 2 km from Udaipur Bus Station, 3 km from Udaipur Railway Station and 23 km from Udaipur Airport.

Each flat is fully furnished, has two bedrooms, one with a balcony, two bathrooms, a living room with a dining area and balcony, a kitchen and storeroom. Rooms are all air-conditioned. Kitchen are equipped with refrigerator, induction stove, toaster, electric kettle, water filter, pots, utensils and cutlery. Bathrooms come with toiletries and towels. There is free WiFi and a TV with cable channels in every apartment. There is availability of renting whole apartment or one room with access to living area and kitchen.
