OBJECTIVES:
1. To turn Tura Polytechnic into a Green, Clean and Environment friendly Institute.
2. To maintain cleanliness & hygiene within the campus.
3. To develop sense of aesthetics within the campus ultimately leading to its beautification.
4. To enforce Disaster Management activities in the Institute and facilitation of First Aid Centre.
5. To Take safety and precautionary measures in terms of Fire, Electricity, Fuels, Chemicals, Microorganism, Radiation, Food, Health, Hygiene, other activities etc. which can prevent the happening of Environmental Disasters
6. To organize awareness activities in cooperation with students and other environment related agencies for Environmental Protection through Environmental Education, World Environment Day celebration, Tree Plantation, Seminars, Trainings etc.
7. To initiate, activate & implement activities related to Waste Management, Energy Management & Water supply Management.
8. To help the Society, Nation and other organizations in terms of consultancy for Environment Management.
9. To voluntarily provide all necessary help to the society and in broader sense to the Nation during the Environmental Disasters and emergencies.
10. To finally implement EMS ISO 14001 norm for certification.
