Dr.G.S.Ramkumar , MD., [anaes] is the intensivist in charge of the icu at rams and a team of highly motivated doctors of various specialities, icu trained nurses, paramedics, therapists, function round the clock to ensure the best possible individualized care. The icu has been set up according to the Indian society of critical care medicine [isccm] guidelines with specific area for each bed, infection control barriers, protocol based procedures, patient to nurse ratio of 1:1, advanced monitoring equipments, latest generation of ventilators, precise drug delivery systems and a multi-disciplinary approach to meet each patient’s unique needs.
