Dr.Er.P.Sengodan entered into the real estate arena in the year 1978. In between 1978 to 1992, he was carrying forward the real estate front of business in a small scale. It was in 1992 that Dr.Er.P.Sengodan officially named the business as SPK Real Estate. He introduced installment based house plots in Tamil Nadu focusing on middle class and lower class people. It was a welcome change in the real estate space in places like Komarapalayam, Salem and Thiruchengode.
Mr. A.S.Prabukumar is today the soul and driving force behind SPK real estate. His international exposure and business experience has proved to be priceless.
