4U Foundation is a nonprofit organization that has been established solely to help students. It focuses mainly on helping talented students carve a niche for themselves in the corporate world by helping them develop their entrepreneurship skills by giving them an opportunity to secure internships or part time jobs with our team. Not only does this give them an excellent opportunity to be a part of our establishment, it also hones their leadership skills and provides them with incentives for the work they do. This is of added benefit to them as they can not only get acquainted with the norms of the corporate world at an early stage but also become financially independent.

4U Foundation is not limiting its opportunities to students of a particular educational background alone. It provides skilled students of all backgrounds, be it architecture, software, advertising, business etc. an opportunity to work with our creative and skilled team. Talent is the only trait we look for while selecting the candidates. We also offer small scale scholarships to selected students. 4U Foundation is associated with various organizations and makes use of a percentage of its income to help talented students of all educational backgrounds to come up in their respective fields. Under 4U Foundation, we take special efforts to ensure that all the students who are selected under this scheme can gain exposure in their respective areas of expertise from a very early stage and thus, excel in their field with time. We have set up this organization with a vision to help skilled students avail the opportunity to work, earn and support themselves using their skills. 4U Foundation ensures that the academics of students enrolled in this program are not affected. We provide them with jobs that do not require their presence in a particular office. In short, no field jobs are assigned to them. Instead, we assign them jobs that can be carried out through social media. In this way, we ensure maximum convenience and ease for the students.

The process of selection for enrollment at 4U Foundation is very simple. Students of all backgrounds are asked to complete an online registration after which the selected students will be contacted personally depending on their skill. The jobs assigned to each selected candidate will be one that makes maximum use of their field of skill.
