Heritage Animal Task Force is involved in activities of rendering services to save Heritage Animals from all kinds of cruelty.

• As a result of our legal battles, the Honorable High Court of Kerala had ordered the Kerala State Government to implement a ban on parading of elephants between 11.00 am and 3.00 pm with effect from 18th March 2008.

• Similarly our petition paved way to an order from the Honorable High Court of Kerala for implantation of micro chips as a proof of identity of captive elephants with effect from 2nd October 2007.

• As a result of our petition, the Honorable High Court of Kerala had directed the Kerala State Government to prevent passage of captive elephants into the State of Kerala with effect from 24th November 2007.

• As a result of our petition, the Honorable High Court of Kerala had directed the Kerala State Government to implement the Performing Animals Registration Rule 2001 on all the performances involving elephants where the public are admitted by way of selling tickets with effect from 28th September 2015.
