About Waterfront Repertory Theatre in Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur

This page used to contain active updates regarding the movements and activities of the Theatre. However, the activities of the theatre has nearly ceased, due to lack of support from authorities, and mainly due to the absence of the great director. Trying to carry on the work in unfavourable environments in an infant university is not possible without a clean faculty and administrative support. The theatre did not receive much support from its parent department either. Central University of Tamil Nadu has not completely been able to maintain a good archive of the works of the theatre, which has actually brought laurels to the institution. Documentation of activities like videos have perished, and this page is a small attempt to keep things in place.

The administrators of this page do not know whether the show will go on. However, we do hope and pray that someone will take up this lost treasure someday. Thank you, dear explorer.
