The NATIONAL ASSESSMENT AND ACCREDITATION COUNCIL (NAAC), an autonomous institution of the UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION (UGC) under the vision to make quality the defining element of higher education in India through a combination of self and external quality evaluation, promotion and sustenance initiatives devised a mission called INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL (IQAC).The ardor of the initiative is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institutions. To augment the quality affirmation practices and to safeguard the exhaustive excellence and academic merit the authority of Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram(GLC TVPM) visualized the urgency and formulated an active chapter of IQAC in the institution.
The agenda and the work plan of IQACGLC TVPM are solely based on an ambition to activate quality in all the activities of the institution and to advance an ambience of promotion and progress. To harvest a holistic enhancement the IQAC will extend its assistance to all the activities of the institution. The Composition of IQAC GLC TVPM is an equalized and equitable one. To preserve balance and to reach in to every stratum of the institution the working group of IQAC GLC TVPM is equipped with a vibrant and spirited guild, which includes Faculty Members, Administrative staffs, Library staffs, Alumni, PTA Members and Student representatives.
