1. Payment is in full and in advance. No Credit.
2. Change in order due to colour, design, or whatever reason, will not be entertained once the product has been shipped.
3. We don’t accept any returns of the product unless there is has been a discrepancy from our end in size and design. In this case we will replace the order. No refunds will be made.
4. We don’t have a refund policy. (Unless the item is out of stock).
5. Courier/Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Our products are sent through courier companies. We don’t cater to any specific courier/transport company. All deliveries are made by them. Courier companies generally make two delivery attempts. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is always someone to receive the parcel. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the courier company. Shamim’s has no liability for the same. Please co-ordinate with the courier company in such events.
