In 1998, Mr. Deepak Joshi, an accomplished insurance agent dreamed of the day when insurance agents would gain self esteem, respect, honour and dignity of this noble profession with a strong belief in the power of insurance products as a solution for life’s investment needs. Out of this dream IOE emerged and today has become a nationwide movement of sales excellence in the life insurance industry.
