It will be an untruthful pronouncement if we do not mention two particular names of those persons, who with their untiring labour & vision established “DEEP SPECIAL EDUCATON TRUST". They themselves are father of two mentally intellectual children. They are Mr. R.L.Tiku and Mahendrabhai Siddhapura. The idea flashed upon them when they found no suitable school to educate their children in surat. So they dream to lay foundation of such school where such children will get proper training. The dream came to be true when Mr. Mahendrabhai Siddhapura along with Ishwarbhai patel gifted the entire land and Shilpa School For Special Children was established in 1997. As a fruit of their hard efforts, the school started functioning in 1998 with 28 children.

In this school the students are given training to rehabit them as a self sufficient human being. Not only this, they become burning example to inspire other mentally challenged children.
