PALKOVA is made out of pure milk boiled completely, added with sugar and the solid mass of the same is filtered for water and then pressed as small slabs, packed in food grade polythene packs. The famous Milk Gova is produced at Thiru Villiputhur (Srivilliputhur). All are fond of this great sweet due to the delicious sweetness without any added synthetic colors or flavour. The milk Gova can be kept for a week.
