To carry on the business as financial advisors and to advise and assist in all financial, costing, accounting, internal control and other similar matters to advise and assist in the preparation of all revenue and capital budgets, developments of funds, long term planing or utilisation of resources, procring bank and institutional finance including cash, credit facilities, overdraft facilities, subscription debentures and term loans, to assess the needs of short and long term credit facilities and rising of resources, to advise as assist in the formulation of procedures for prevention of fraud, wastage, financial and cost accounting procedure and other connected matters to adivse and assist in formulating long term financial policies and control of their execution, and generallly to advise and assit in all finacial , fiscal and revenue matters and to provide finance surveyor, finance agent, broker, sub broker, agent,frinchiser, consultant, advisor, colaberator or otherwise to deal in all incidental and allied activities related to finance busienss and for the purpose acquire all types licence, permissions, registrations, as may be required and to do all incidental acts and things necessary for the attainment of the forgoing objects and to do all incidental acts things necessary for the attainment of forgoing objects.
