1. MUDASIR NAQEEB CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mudasir Naqeeb established the SR Event Management - recognized as State's leading expert in special events planning across the Realm. Mudasir is recognized as one of the pioneers of the Art and Culture , Luxury Event handler and Destination Management professional in Jammu and Kashmir. The SR Group Under Mudasir has offices in Jammu, Srinagar, Delhi, Mumbai,Dubai ; today, Mr. Mudasir Naqeeb has well-established individual business - SR Cultural Groups, SR Productions , SR Films- All of which comes under SR Group. The SR Group has also its Intellectual Properties division.

SR Event Management under Mudasir has established international standards of event design, hospitality management and event logistics management, and has played a pivotal role in establishing India as a global destination for high-level special event and destination management expertise. SR Event Management was a Leading Partner of the Jammu & Kashmir's First Youth Icon Awards 2015 also.

Mudasir, in his individual capacity, set up SR Group in 2012 along with business partners Dr. Aijaz Ashai, Jaffar Saleem, Er.Idrees ul haq, Muzafar Qadir, Miss Diksha Sharma, Mr. Sham Verma and Zahid Showkat. 2. DR. AIJAZ ASHAI MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dr. Aijaz Ashai is an expert in the field of advanced physiotherapy. Born in the Kashmir Valley, and graduated in Physiotherapy from the National Institute for the Orthopedically Handicapped, Kolkata; Dr. Ashai in a short span of time has become a renowned name in the field of advanced physiotherapy. He is consulted worldwide for his proficiency on orthopedic injuries , neuro rehabilitation, pediatric rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, prevention and treatment of sport injuries, physical fitness training and weight loss.


Dr. Ashai’s expertise is highly sought after in the sports world. Currently he is the Head Physiotherapist for the celebrity cricket league( Mumbai heroes), Indian Rugby Team and the Chairman of Auxiliary committee of Indian Association of Physiotherapy. He currently runs 2 international rehab center and advanced fitness, physiotherapy and rehabilitation center in Mumbai and 1 in Kashmir.

3. ER. IDREES UL HAQ DIRECTOR - MARKETING
Er.Idrees ul haq is one of the founder directors of SR Group. He plays a pivotal role in managing the Client Servicing, Sales, Intellectual property and SR Marketting Strategy.

Idrees brings together creative and strategic event solutions to our roster of discerning clients. He has the ability to think through client problems from both a theoretical and practical perspective, all dispensed with an easy going and friendly charm. Idrees has been instrumental in Marketting of Innovative thoughts in different spheres. He is also the Founder of Jammu and Kashmir's First Youth Icon Awards 2015, and is a Governor Award Recipient in Social Service.

Idrees – as he is popularly known for Innovations – is always passionate about Making Possible, the Impposible Things.

4. JAFFAR SALEEM CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jaffar Saleem is Chief Operating Officer at SR Event management. Engineer by proffession, Popularly known as Website Builder of State , who has done a tremendous work in the field of Software, Apps and Website development

He is the guardian of overall quality at SR Group. From high fashion to rural sampling, he is the undisputed king of budget management, production planning and event quality control. Jaffar has been responsible for developing and spearheading events

Though a taskmaster when needed, Jaffar is a natural born leader with future forcasting skills.

5. MUZAFAR QADIR DIRECTOR - SPECIAL PROJECTS
Muzafar Qadir is a guru to most at SR Event Management.

Over the years, the teams that work with him have learnt his style of thorough, detailed and precise event management and the ability to enjoy it. His mantra of over plan, over produce, over estimate, over work has helped pull through our largest, most complex and seemingly impossible events.
