The company was incorporated as a private limited firm under the register of companies Punjab, H.P, Chandigarh as on 15 Sept. 1999. Later in the same year, company got license to manufacture organic fertilizer (INDERDHANUSH Brand) from the department of Agriculture, Govt. of India.

M.D. Biocoals Pvt.Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1999. Company’s production facilities are ideally located at Sardulgarh, Distt. Mansa (Punjab) & MadhoSinghana, Distt. Sirsa (Haryana).
