Area wise Himachal Pradesh is not a vast state, but its topography is very challenging and difficult. for major parts of the the year the weather remains extremely cold in many parts of the state, thus proximity of local people with thr rest of the world remains restricted. The customs , culture and traditions of Himachal Pradesh are adored and respected not only in India but also in other countries also. The locals are highly talented in the fields of art, culture and sports. Many artisans, artist and players of Himachal Pradesh have earned name and fame world wide in their respective fields.
However this is not true for many Himachalis because of handicap of reasons cited above. many young artists and players don't get opportunity to develop their talent. Less talented youth of other parts of the country, because of better facilities and wide exposure utilize their talent and make it as their profession or means of livelihood. This is not possible for the youth of Himachal Pradesh and as such in may cases their latent potential either remains underutilized or unutilised. The above association shall work in this field to empower, educate, promote art, culture and sports in Himachal Pradesh for its youth.

Secondly to save natural environments is the utmost need of the hour. The whole world is feeling deeply concerned about it. All over the world both Govt and Non-Govt organisations are working to save the earth planet from human created and avoidable disasters. Himachal Pradesh is known world wide for its natural beauty and peaceful environments. But in the recent times on the pretension or pretext of development in one field or the other the natural beauty, wealth and environments of Himachal Pradesh are being ignored. Such a trend if continues even for a small time then the state will not remain the most beautiful and naturally peaceful state of the country and may loose its soubriquet's of being a tourist paradise .
