PLAN Foundation (Foundation for Participatory Learning and Action Network) is a leading research, development & advisory institute for sustainable development, registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 in 1998 and amended under H.P. Societies Registration Act 2006.

We undertake ventures of capacity building, research and analysis, programme planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the developmental and socio-economic projects throughout northern India .
