State Parents Education and Employment Council is a Non Profit Parents Association.it s main objective is proactive participation of parents in their children's education and working towards better education system for all.
parents council may be defined as a parents group whose main concern is the educational development and welfare of their children.Education is key to the success of our country.definitely, improving education will develop our country.there is one saying, " if you want to think one year ahead plant a rice, if you want to think 10 years ahead plant a tree, if you want to think 100 years ahead give education our children"
Right now , India that is our country , Mera Bharat Mahaan, in EDUCATION ranked nowhere on global education list. we are first from the least., lowest test scores, unqualified teachers, large class size, shrinking budgets are just a few of the challenges plaguing education system.
Our children are planners of India.

our children are builders our nation. and they are the only rulers of the nation.
for every thing and anything it is not good on parents to totally depending on government. because,parents are the best teachers.each child has a specialized bond with their parents and it is designed by the creator, due to this, parents have greater opportunity to teach and profoundly influence their children than any one else.
Mr. Azmi Preamji, Chairman of WIPRO Ltd rightly gave a call for "Learning Guarantee" learning guarantee is about fixing accountability of every key stake holder that can influence learning through "EARN WHILE YOU LEARN PROJECTS " makes them self confidence in future. this can be achieved through a robust, healthy and dynamic interaction between parents and teachers. Parents should come forward not only during crisis but also to, constantly to monitor the performance of both student and teacher .hence parents must take more proactive role in their children's education.objectives of parents council
1.to strive for the uniform educational pattern all over India. one nation one education system at secondary education either may be CBSE or ICSE or SSC.
2.EMPHASIS MUST BE FROM ENROLLMENT TO RETENTION AND Achievement enrollment it self is of little use if children do not continue their education to achieve education for all .
3. To support Education for All mission. mobilizations of community support and enlisting NGOs, Charitable institutions, philanthropist to support morally and financially or supplementing to meet a igher financial lay out.
4.providing supportive services for concerted improvement drive to face lift to give our children a good environmental schools with better basic amenities iz, toilette rs, drinking water, play grounds, health facilities,etc.
5.to support and strengthen early childhood care and development activities specially for poorest of the poor, disadvantaged,and disabled children through a multi- prolonged effort involving families communities and appropriate institutions.
6. special focus on disable children as they are totally neglected by the governance to support them with learning tools, kits etc.
strive to provide "teaching fund " to those institutes who are giving education at free of cost( charitable edu. isti., missionary schools etc) from the EDUCATIONAL CESS FUND. as on date 15 August 2013 17 lakh corers of rupees are lying with central government. fifty percent must be for education for all 25% towards teaching fund, rest 25% for higher education educational loans at 2% interest and infrastructure development..7. taking the help of print media and electronic media for conveying to all the parents and the communities the significance of education for their child's future.
8. to support citizens to adopt child's education. directly paying their fee, donating, books, school uniform and accessories.
