About Sliet Art and Designing Society in SLIET Longowal, Sangrur

SADS was established on 5th February 2015 at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Sangrur. This Society deals with the following artistic zones:-
*Drawing- An Art made with a pencil, pen, or crayon rather than paint, especially one drawn in monochrome.
*Painting- An Art made from using paints for artistic composition.
*Calligraphy- Decorative handwritten lettering.
*Paper Crafting- The Art of making decorative things from paper.
*Card Making- An craft of hand making greeting cards.
*Waste Management- Making innovative things from waste materials.
*Rangoli Designing- Various beautiful rangoli patterns.

Achievements:-

*Decorated Complex of SLIET, Longowal during Saraswati Puja 2015.
*Held an Art Exhibition on the occasion of annual function(MADHURAM) at SLIET, named as "CASKET"
*Decorated an Orphanage "PINGALWADA" at Sangrur, Punjab.
