Vyasa Yoga Peeth is a registered international yoga school in Rishikesh, the capital city of yoga science in India. This is a registered body under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Sat means six and karma means action. Hence Satkarma consists six process of purification. The aim of Sat karkma is to creat the harmony between the two major pranic flows Ida and Pingla, there by attaining Physical and mental purification and balance .
Satkarmas are help full before pranayama and other yogic practices.

The kiyas are -: Dhauti , Basti, Neti, Noli, Trataka and Kapalbhati .

Neti -: Cleansing and purifying process of the nasal passage which includes Jalaneti (Nasal cleansing with water) and Sutra neti. (Nasal cleansing with thread)
Jala Neti -: Cleansing the nasal passage through the water is called Jala Niti.
A special neti pot made of porseline-: Ceramics, Brass, copper and plastic which does not contaminate the water may be used. The nozzle of the spout should be fit properly into the nostril. So that the water does not leak out. The water should be 99 F (37 C) or according to body temperature mix with salt according to the test

Jala neti rermoves mucus and impurities from the nasal passage and sinuses .
Allowing air to flow with out obstruction.

Kunjala Kriya or Vaman Dhauti (Regurgitate Cleansing)
Kunjala means Vomiting water.
