Queens Meadows is an Eco resort carefully articulated to meet and exceed the principles of sustainable development. The architecture is fusion of colonial and ethnic Kumaoni village homes. The stones and the wood used on the project are 100% reclaimed from old dilapidated village homes, there by leaving a minimal carbon foot print. All the material for the project was either hand carried on head loads or hauled up by mules. Employment generation for the local population has been the driving factor in the conceptualization of this project. We have successfully generated employment for 70 local families over the last 3 years.All our water needs are catered to by natural sources and rain harvesting.

The forte of Queens Meadows is experiential holidays. If you have ever imagined a candle light dinner under the star lit sky- we can make it happen. If you are looking for that picnic out in the jungle or a trek to the nearby villages, our experienced team of care takers will happily guide you. Packed lunches for outdoors are a treat amongst the natural environs.In house activities include a pool table, table tennis, carrom boards, chess and cricket. If you are an evid golfer, we would be happy to arrange for a golfing session at the Ranikhet army golf club at a prior notice.

The property offers 8 well appointed villas and 7 taste fully done tents. The ten acre property is the midst of 100's of acres of Pine and Devdar forests. There is absolutely no vehicular traffic leading up to the property. The only way of reaching the property is by taking a trek of about 600 mts from the main road through tall Pine and Devdar trees. All vehicles are safely parked at a distance with accommodations provided for drivers at a nominal charge.
