PFP (Pune Fashion Photography) is an idea that was born during the Pune International Fashion Week 2011. Shubhayu, the lead photographer, was simply fueling his passion for photography during this fashion week, and then the idea of PFP hit him.

Hailing from Kolkata, a culturally rich city, Shubhayu grew up with an inclination towards Arts, but with the art to capture moments through his lens – Photography. Mostly self-taught, he started photography at the age of 16 and went to opening his first studio in 2009 in Pune. Over the years, Shubhayu has become a known name in the fashion industry. He has his own unique style, it is not about ‘clicking a picture’, for him it is about capturing the essence of his subject. His continued hard work and devotion towards his work, has given him boundless success and it keeps growing with every passing year. With his studio now established in Pune, he specializes in fashion, editorial, advertising and E-commerce clothing photography with a team of qualified professionals to take up challenging assignments.

Focusing on people, and fashion, Subhayu has worked with some of the top fashion designers in India such as Aslam Khan, Arshi Jamal, Sonia Tijori, Priyam Narayan, and Ranjna Gupta.
