About Human Catalyst - The Skill Academy in A-503, Mega Center, Hadapsar, Pune

Human Catalyst Services was founded by Shirish Dandekar who began his career in HR and later moved into the Business side of things. He worked with some of the top companies of the country where he continuously transformed teams to contribute smartly to the company's goals.

Over a span of 30 years, he has worked with SAIL, PWC, L&T Infotech and IBM and his clientele included domestic companies like, Exide Industries, Asian Paints, IOCL, and HPCL, as well as global companies like, Ericsson, Chevron, BP, Rohm & Haas and Qatar Petroleum. Throughout the course of his career, he won several awards and personally mentored individuals to achieve their full potential.

Despite a long and successful career, he was always inclined towards giving back to society and was always passionate about making professionals better versions of themselves. In January, 2017 he founded 'Human Catalyst Services' to do just that.
