We follow up with Marketing Office for Agreement to sale NOC, Permission to Mortage NOC, Name Transfer NOC. We do all legal procedure on behalf of both ( celler/ vendor and buyer). We higher Lawyer for Agreement to sale and Sale Dead. We arrange e-token for Agreement to sale and Sale Dead. After Sale Dead We do the process of Name Transferring (old owner to new owner{buyer}). We Change there names on Door, Society Board, Letter Box, Water Card, MESB Electric Bill, Parking, on the record of PMS as well as Marketing.
