Sumeet Group Training Institute got its inception in the year 2013 on a owned plot of land admeasuring 2 Acres at Pune houses 4 Block building for the purpose of lecture halls, a 100 Trainee Barrack, a Mess house, Staff dormitory, Stores room, Admin office, Parade Ground, Obstacles Course ground, play ground, fire-fighting demo Area etc. With the growth in strength of guarding personnel company is embarking on growth path to raise additional training centers in various locations of the country.

The security process at SUMEET GROUP begins even before training starts, as background checks are done on each and every candidate for training. This done, those meeting the highest standards for physical and mental strength, embarks on a one- month training program at the Training Center. The residential training programme at Center comprises of 210 hours of classroom learning along with 120 hours drill sessions. This training allows for grooming the candidate for a long future at SUMEET GROUP, as he develops specialized skill sets.
