In order to provide zero down time, Infonet BPO Services pvt.ltd. maintains redundancies in Telecom Equipment, frequently required spares etc. We follow 80-20 ratio principle whereby 20% of most crucial equipment/spares in terms of standby are always maintained. Our service levels allow us to have 10% of deliverable staff as a standby for any exigencies.
