With a vision to be the best animal reproduction management consultancy service provider, AFW – Animal Fertility Wizard has been founded with the mission to help the dairy farmers to achieve the goal “Calf a Year”.

AFW – Animal Fertility Wizard Founder & Director Dr. Pallab Saikia is a dedicated Animal Reproduction Specialist with more than 12 years experience in the appliance of knowledge, public speaking and management of dairy businesses. Through his all India and international experience he developed a ‘database’ of practical knowledge which he applies during his consultancy visits.

Dr. Pallab graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Assam Agricultural University. In the year 2006 he has completed his MVSc degree with specialization in Animal Reproduction, Gynaecology and Obstetrics from the same faculty. Being specialized in Animal Reproduction right after his study, he worked for ICAR on Animal reproduction Research for few years.

In his last 10 years of experience in the area of managing reproduction in dairy animals he has developed specific expertise on overall management, feeding and breeding to maintain the reproductive performance of dairy farms.
