A long private driveway leads you to the 4500sq ft villa set in grounds of 1.5 acres. The villa is built in the traditional kerala style using rammed earth. This eco-friendly method of construction results in a structure that is naturally cool through the year.
The house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms, a family room, a large kitchen and utility and an open terrace. The large central courtyard acts as a focal point of the villa allowing in natural light and ventilation. The villa is simply decorated yet has all the comforts of home.The house is sufficiently away from the main road to keep out the noise and ensure almost total silence.
The bedrooms are fully furnished and can sleep 2 people.
Laze around with out large collection of books and board games, take a nap after a massage. It's the best place to unwind and relax.
There is a full time caretaker and daily housekeeping is included.
Enjoy some of the organically grown fruits and vegetables from the garden with our compliments.
We can arrange for airport pickup/drops and a taxi service for local sightseeing.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to all parts of the house, gardens, kitchen and laundry facilities.

The house is just 2km from Auroville's Matrimandir and a 10 min drive gets you into Pondicherry town. Traditional ayurvedic massages and treatments are a minutes walk away as is a Kalari that teaches the traditional indian martial art form of Kalaripayattu. A leisurely cycle ride can get you to the shops and restaurants around Auroville.

Our caretaker will be happy to rustle up some breakfast for you. 2 Bicycles are free for you to use during your stay. There is a common tv with DTH ( satellite tv) in the living room.
