About Ghanshyam Oli Child Welfare Society in Baste, near maa kripa barat ghar, Pithoragarh

Ghanshyam Oli Child Welfare Society is a non government organisation started by Ajay in 2015. While the planning and execution work was started in 2012. A lot of research has gone into the setting up of Ghanshyam Oli Child Welfare Society. It got the national status from December 2015. We the youth who have taken up this initiative to help our nation to fulfil basic necessities like food, clothing, shelter and education for the underprivileged children. Our founder who from an early age has constantly been involved in social welfare activities. At the age of 15 he got opportunities to serve at langaras at Gurudwaras. He enjoyed this service and since then has been doing this bit. In 2012 while still studying in graduation he opened this own event management organisation by the name of “Hearts of Joy”. As per of the company’s corporate social responsibility they were involved in providing meals to an orphanage “Shree Ram Audyogik Orphanage” weekly. This feeling of serving those in need developed to such a level that he decided to bring the youth together to form this ngo.

Lack of education has been identified as one major cause which we plan to deal with in our ngo.

Home for those without shelter – Providing a home for the homeless is what we plan to achieve.

HOW THIS IDEA EMERGED ??


India, with a population of more than 125 crores, still comes under the category of developing nation after 67 years of independence. Our rich history and abundance of knowledge in every field is not being put to proper use. We are still struggling with basic issues like food, shelter and education. We, at GHANSHYAM OLI SOCIETY , aim to provide basic necessities to the underprivileged children. Proper & quality education, in the field of academics or non-academics whatever the children are inclined towards. We would try to inculcate a feeling among the children to be proud to be an INDIAN .
