Among various awards bestowed on it from time to time, Sree Sankaracharya Computer Centre has also been twice in a row adjudged The Biggest Computer Centre in India by the Limca Book of Records, for the largest number of admissions in a single year. It has also bagged the covetous Dr. K.R. Narayanan National Foundation Award 2013 for providing technical education to the most number of youth in Kerala and also for securing employment for innumerable youth.
Sree Sankaracharya is a technical collaborator of Bharathiar University sharing various computer programs and is its Examination Centre. Sree Sankaracharya is also a Learners Support Centre of Kerala University and has a separate wing – Sree Sankaracharya College of Management – conducting various streams of management courses.
