“Sevika JanaSevana Kendram" an innovative Public Common Service Centre project started at Pattambi, Palakkad District, Kerala State on 02 April 2012 after 09 years of study about the project ( Project study started from 2003). “Sevika” Janasevana Kendram aimed to provide A to Z Products & Services online and offline to the citizens who all are living in Sevika’s coverage.

The Sevika Field Advisor (SFA- our ward/division level agent) will act as citizen’s family member /supporter to get done their requirements thier through online and offline Products & Services

We provide A to Z products & services online and offline to the citizens through our ward/division level agents (SFA), Village Level Sevika Office (VLSO) and Sevika Outlet Partner(SOP). Citizens can avail our agent’s (SFA) services at their door step through just one phone call.

Now “Sevika Janasevana Kendram" running at Palakkad, Malappuram and Thrissur Districts its covering 206 Panchayaths and Municipalities in these districts.
2013-2014 Sevika Janasevana Kendram planning to start VLSOs and SOP in each Ward / Division / Village/ Panchayath area all over Kerala state to support Citizens requirements effortlessly.

Village Level Sevika Office (VLSO) will be the main Service Centre of the public who all obtain services from each Village, its covers 10- 25 Wards and Divisions of each Panchayath / Municipality / Corporation.

05- 25 agents (named SFA) will be working in each Ward/ Division/ Village area wise Under the Village level Sevika Office (VLSO)
