Established in 2011, ISDC has been instituted to establish and manage 100 IL&FS Institute of Skills (IIS) across India and train and place over 2 million people in the next 10 years.

ISDC is one of the largest players in skills training, with focus on employability skills in India. It implements and delivers vocational training through a multi-strategy approach including community engagement, industry partnership and high-quality curriculum design and multimedia delivery. We offer placement linked skills programmes in over 48 trades in employment intensive sectors including services, IT/telecom, apparel & textiles, engineering and construction.
