He established Dare To Win ( Training , Coaching & Counselling Consultancy ) on 14th April , 2002 after 21 years of corporate experience . He is a member of Noida, Delhi and All India Management Associations. He has trained over twenty-five thousand people and has carried out Management Development Programmes & Organizational Development Interventions in several offices . Being a practicing psychotherapist and a psychological counsellor , he carries out psychometric tests & assessments , and has a deep understanding of human thought processes .
