About Kalari Kendram Delhi in Sector 37, Arun Vihar, Noida

Kalari Kendram is the well active organization in Delhi and NCR and have empanelled with Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). It was established mainly with an aim to keep The Mother of All Martial Arts, “Kalaripayattu”, alive. Kalari Kendram is a professional place for practice, and to make it combine with life, as a part of it.

As self-defence is the very need in the present time, Kalari Kendram focuses to bring out the martial artist in oneself. This organization will not only help to create new Martial Artists, but will help to improve body-mind balance, concentration, increase stamina, better neuro-muscular coordination, reduce stress, boost immune system and endurance, and so on.

With a goal to popularize this Indian Ancient Martial Art, and to provide ease of accessibility, As far as the time is concerned, we encourage girls to learn this form of Martial Art, for their self-defence and protection.
