Hi, my name is Parul, the voice behind Parul’s Cooking Hub. I love to cook and feed people (including myself). I create the recipes you see here, my husband Dhruv helps taste-test, and together we photograph them in our kitchen.

Parul’s Cooking Hub is all about the simple art of food preparation. For me, that’s turning a fresh set of ingredients into something beautiful in both flavour and appearance. What you see here are the culinary experiments that come out of my nothing-special kitchen, inspired by my favourite restaurants, festivals, takeout, or just whatever is in the fridge. It’s never anything too fancy, just food that looks as good as it tastes and doesn’t require too much thinking.

Your kids refuse to eat anything, your fridge is full but your brain is blank, you don’t know how to cook, you have no desire to cook, you have a big project due tomorrow, you have no help with the cooking or the planning, you can’t even get everyone seated at the table at the same time, let alone eating the same meal. These are all legit, of course, but if you’re here reading this, it probably means that somewhere in the back of your mind you feel a little bad about your eating situation.
