Growth is inevitable. There are few things which grow automatically in life, for example our bodies; We are born with cute little fingers and over the years we grow to a big size. However there are a few areas where human beings have to put an effort for growth. Mind maturity and emotional intelligence are the two important areas.

In the absence of this effort for growth, man suffers from disease, negative thinking, mental blockages, lack of potential and low quality life.

SWADHYAAN is an attempt to trigger on the thought of SELF evolution through Introspection, Analysis and Actualization.

We believe that everyone can live their life to the fullest and also live a life they love to live. Living powerfully can be easily activated by unleashing one's potential. Our attempt is to bring back people to the state of awareness for all the behavior which has become our unconscious competency and respond automatically. Most of us are not aware of how we react through our conditioned mind. We have limited our universe to our conditioned thought process. Through the forum of Swadhyaan we would urge people to halt and take a look at themselves to find what works for them and what doesn't and do they wish to do anything about it?

The work facilitates the thought “To Empower our world we just need to empower ourselves.”

It is an attempt to increase the positivity quotient of the universe and all begins with SELF.
