ICARE Eye Hospital & Post Graduate Institute (Unit of Ishwar Charitable Trust) situated at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Working in the field of preventive and Curative eye care for all sections of the community particularly the rural needy and the elderly since the inception of the hospital in June 1993.
An unique feature of our working is the totally effective “Rural Outreach Programme’ which covers states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryrana, Rajasthan and economically backward areas of Delhi. Regular eye screening camps are held in these areas on predetermined days of the week. Patients identified for surgery a brought to the base hospital at Noida in our ambulances and their 3 days stay include meals, medicine, surgery and transportation to the hospital and back home totally free of charge. All aspects of the eye are treated here under one roof.

Performed approximately 14,000 surgeries each year. This figure is the largest in the whole of Uttar Pradesh. 60% of ICARE's work is free for the rural needy and the elderly through our community based programmes.

ICARE has a very robust paid wing, the income from which supports approximately 40% of our charitable work. We have a walk-in OPD where about 300-500 patients are attended to every day.

I CARE Eye Hospital enjoy tax exemption to the tune of 50% and 100% under sections 80 G and 35 AC of the Income Tax Act of India.
