Yoga is not merely the practice of Asanas. Yoga is a lifestyle. It reflects in the way you treat yourself, conduct your relationships and your life philosophy. Yoga is a journey within oneself. Yoga is a tool through which you can become a better version of who you are.

Yogakul brings these elements to life. At Yogakul, we go beyond the practice of Asanas, Meditation and Pranayama. We delve into the Philosophy of Yoga, question it, play with it and apply what fits. We create our own belief systems and the lives we desire by taking a giddy journey inwards.

Yogakul was started by Prachi Gangwani Raza with the vision of highlighting the universality of Yoga. She has studied Psychology and Philosophy, trained in Hatha Yoga and Transformational Hatha Yoga and diligently practices Karma Yoga. She believes that Yoga can be practiced by anyone, anywhere and at any time. The only prerequisite is an innate curiosity – about oneself, about life, about everything. She hopes to bring Yoga out of studios and off mats, and into everyday lives. She hopes to make Yogic philosophy a dinner table conversation topic!

At Yogakul, we combine the ancient with the contemporary and we hope to do this in many different avenues.
