IRCTC might be the only website which will give chills to every Indian student or frequent travelers. The powerlessness of IRCTC in handling online booking of tickets is very well known. But, guess what people end up visiting nowhere else but here at irctc.co.in to ditch the long queues and get the tatkal ticket. Henceforth, IRCTC has over 2 crore registered users (double that of flipkart – India's largest online retailer). The portal gets 1.2 million daily visits and generates 180 million tractions annually (obviously, the highest in the country)!
