Incorporated in April 2008 by IDFC Private Equity funds, Green Infra Limited (GIL) is a young and dynamic organization with a vision to become the leading clean energy Independent Power Producer (IPP) in the country. Green Infra has recently welcomed new shareholders; Piramal Enterprises from India and CDC from the UK.
With a mandate to invest, develop and operate clean energy assets, we are actively involved across the renewable energy sector in India with a clear focus on following verticals:
